Service Description

Join us from 6:30 to 8:00 PM for Light Up and Down Dog. This class combines a smoke circle and a guided yoga session. We will start with a group smoke circle, then move into a yoga flow that helps awaken your mind, spirit, and body. You will leave feeling more connected to yourself and your community. We provide yoga mats if you need one. This event is for those 21 and older. The address will be given after you purchase a ticket.
