Service Description

Join us on March 7th from 6:30 to 8:00 PM for Light Up and Down Dog. This class combines a smoke circle and a guided yoga session. We will start with a group smoke circle, then move into a yoga flow that helps awaken your mind, spirit, and body. You will leave feeling more connected to yourself and your community. This is a joint offering, and we provide yoga mats if you need one. This event is for those 21 and older. The address will be given after you purchase a ticket.
